Southlake Town Square

BDD provided civil engineering services for the development of Phase I of Southlake Town Square, an open-air mixed-use lifestyle center located in Southlake.  The 46-acre first phase of Southlake Town Square included 235,000 SF of retail and office space along with a city park and pavilion.  Recent projects include multiple retail pad sites such as Trader Joe’s and Del Frisco’s, the 31-unit Garden District Brownstones, and the 6-story Granite Place office building.
